Parking Information

There are two parking garages within a block of the theater. The Municipal Parking Garage at the corner of Assembly and Taylor has 5 hour parking meters on its lowest level. This is your best option for parking for weekday matinees. After 5pm there is usually ample street parking on Main Street at the regular metered spaces.

Other Policies

We have a no talking policy during films. If another member of the audience asks you to stop talking, please do so. If you are talking you will be given one warning from theater staff. If the problem persists you will be asked to leave the theater without a refund.

Phone use is not permitted in the theaters, with no exceptions. The light emitted from phones is disruptive. This includes social media, texting, checking the time, etc. You will be asked to leave without a refund.

In the event of a sold-out screening, the Nickelodeon reserves the right to release unclaimed tickets to the standby line 15 minutes after showtime. Ticket refunds are available up to 24 hours before a scheduled screening.

In the extremely rare case of extenuating circumstances such as extreme weather or changes to scheduled programming, refunds for unclaimed tickets will be processed up to 24 hours after the scheduled screening.

A limited quantity of standby tickets become available for most sold-out screenings. A waiting list will be created 1 hour prior to the scheduled showtime. To be added to the waiting list call the Nickelodeon box office at 803-254-8234 and dial 0. In order for your place on the waiting list to be valid you must arrive at the theater and check-in with management 30 minutes prior to showtime.
