Directed by acclaimed documentarian Jeremy Workman (The World Before Your Feet) and produced by Jesse Eisenberg, the film premiered at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival, earning the festival’s first-ever added “Buzz Screening” and becoming a breakout hit on the international circuit, including screenings at Hot Docs, Vancouver, Melbourne, and Hamptons International Film Festival.

Blending humor, nostalgia, and social commentary, Secret Mall Apartment explores the line between art and rebellion, consumerism and creativity, as the group reunites 17 years later to reflect on their unlikely act of urban resistance.
