About the film

When Larry Benjamin made parole after serving over 30 years in prison, he was eager for a chance to rebuild his life from scratch in South Carolina. With help from his attorneys, social worker, and employers, Larry went from serving a life plus 95 sentence to being a free citizen with a family, home, and job that allows him to help others transition back into society.
