Spencer Bethea is the Director of Business Development at Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corporation, and serves as Chief of Staff to the company CEO and Owners. In his role, Bethea assists in the day-to-day operations of the business, and helps oversee nationwide partnerships with some of the largest health systems in America. A Lexington County native, Bethea is passionate about helping the Midlands flourish. He believes in the value of industry and education collaboration, and that real growth occurs when partnerships between educators and business leaders thrive. This lays a foundation for expanded workforce development and training opportunities and retains talent right here in the Midlands. In his spare time, Bethea enjoys playing on local co-ed sports teams, spending time on Lake Murray, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks!
